2. PRODUCTS
The online store www.pickashop.gr, is committed to the quality, completeness and validity of the information presented on the website of www.pickashop.gr both in terms of the exact services presented and provided by its online store, subject to any technical or typographical errors that cannot be predicted or have occurred unintentionally or due to interruption of the website due to force majeure. Every effort is made to ensure that the available colors of the products are rendered in the best possible way, however they may differ in different types of devices and screens. The products that appear in the e-shop, www.pickashop.gr, are immediately available for shipment from our headquarters. In case for any reason the availability of a product differs from the one that appears in the online store, www.pickashop.gr guarantees the timely notification of the final consumers about their non-availability.
3. ORDER
After selecting and seeing in detail the products that interest you, add them to the cart. To take a quick preview of your cart or to complete the order, select the cart icon (top right of the screen, next to the main horizontal menu). In the vertical cart preview column that unfolds on the right side of the screen, you can switch to the full cart view via the “show cart” button or proceed with the order completion process via the “checkout” button. On the order completion page you have the opportunity to complete your order as a visitor by filling in the required fields, then fill in the shipping details and billing details as requested and select the payment method you want by selecting the field that appears next to each payment method. Accept the terms of use and complete your order by selecting the “SEND ORDER” button that appears. Upon successful completion you will see a message on your screen that will give you the code of your order and will inform you of the e-mail address where you will be sent a preview of the order you just made.
4. PAYMENT METHODS

Payment by Credit, Debit and Prepaid Card
Pickashop accepts card payments, PayPal and cash on delivery (Greece only). If you choose to pay by debit / credit card, all Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Electron credit cards are accepted. Online store transactions are protected by the highest level online security systems. The credit, debit or prepaid card is charged on the day of the start of the shipping process. Pickashop has taken all necessary measures for the safety of its transactions through its cards and all credit, debit and prepaid cardholders are subject to validation checks. The transaction for the approval of the payment is made with the cooperating bank Alpha Bank, which ensures the security of the transaction, with the most modern and certified encryption systems and the payment by credit card is made through redirection to the secure payment environment of Alpha Bank. In our online store no card or transaction data are stored, except the report regarding the transaction that took place.
Payment via PayPal
The online store www.pickashop.gr accepts payments via PayPal.
Cash on delivery (Greece only)
Payment upon receipt of the order at your premises (cash on delivery only for Greece) at the time you receive the products. Pay the shipping employee upon delivery of your order at your premises. In this case you will be charged 2,00 euros (24% VAT is included). In accordance with Article 69 of Law 4446/22-12-2016, orders over € 500 in cash will be delivered to the recipients, exclusively from the reception of ACS Courier stores, where collection will be made only by using a bank card and for the entire amount of the transaction. Cash on delivery is valid as a payment method for amounts not exceeding 1500 euros.
PAYMENT WITH INTEREST-FREE INSTALLMENTS
If you choose to pay by debit / credit card, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Electron cards are accepted. The transaction for the approval of the payment is made with the cooperating bank Alpha Bank, which ensures the security of the transaction with the most modern and certified encryption systems. In our online store, no card or transaction data are stored, except the report regarding the transaction that took place.
Payment with interest-free installments can be made only with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Electron credit cards, issued by banks based in Greece.
There is a choice of retail receipt or invoice. The invoice is issued to companies and the self-employed, if they fill in the following information when ordering: company name, VAT number, Tax Office and profession for the self-employed. Check the correctness of the information for the issuance of your receipt or invoice before completing your order.
Payment Security
Chapter FIVE SA does not have access to your banking information, and does not store information about your bank or credit / debit card. Therefore please enter your payment details in every order you place with us.
Chapter FIVE SA will not be liable for any damages or losses (direct or indirect) of a member of which the card is used illegally or used in an unauthorized manner.
Chapter FIVE SA will not be liable for any damage that may be caused to your computer equipment by viruses, worms, spyware, or the like during your connection to our website. Please make sure you have an anti-virus program, firewalls and that other computer protection programs are up to date.
5. SHIPPING POLICY
Execution of orders
The online store www.pickashop.gr makes every effort to ensure that all orders are executed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed Friday after 15:00, Saturday and Sunday are shipped Monday – Tuesday. Saturdays, Sundays and official Greek holidays are not considered working days.
Delivery
For the delivery of your purchases we cooperate with recognized courier companies. Deliveries throughout Greece are made by ACS Courier and the estimated delivery time within Greece is 1-3 working days. Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary on islands and remote areas.
Express International shipments are made by ΤΝΤ Courier and delivered in 2-6 business days. Estimated delivery time may vary by country.
Standard International shipments are made by ACS Courier and delivered in 8-11 business days. Estimated delivery time may vary by country.
Deliveries to PO boxes can not be made. The online store www.pickashop.gr is not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather conditions or other circumstances beyond its control.
When your order is sent, you receive an e-mail, with the bill of lading number and a link to monitor the status of your shipment on the site of the cooperating courier.

Shipping costs for express delivery 24,80€ and for standard delivery 11,16€. We don’t ship in terms of payment by cash on delivery to Cyprus.
6. RETURN POLICY
How to return
The purpose of Chapter Five SA, to which pickashop belongs, is to make you completely satisfied with your purchases. In any case, you have the right to withdraw, which is described in detail below, and to return the products if you follow the following procedure.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract of sale within an exclusive period of twenty (20) calendar days, from the day you or a third party designated by you received the products and you can choose between product exchange or refund.
Within the above deadline you must inform the company (either by sending an e-mail to the email address [email protected] and including the order code, or by phone at 2109525255., or by sending a letter to: 128 Syngrou Avenue, Athens Attica), for your decision to withdraw from the contract, by sending a clear statement of withdrawal. Your Withdrawal Statement must be completed with all the necessary information such as first and last name, email, contact phone number, order number, as well as anything else you want to describe as a comment.
Pickashop is not responsible for any loss. Understand that we only accept products purchased from our PickaShop online store.
LIMITATIONS
You have the right to return the products you bought, without having to tell us the reason why you want the products returned, within 20 days from the date you receive the products. Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, along with the retail receipt or invoice. You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the products, which will result from your own improper handling. Upon receipt of the returned products, Pickashop will check their condition. The quality of the repackaging of the product is your responsibility.
In any case, we have the right to delay the refund, until we receive the products back and check their condition, which should be excellent, as it was when they were sent.
Pickashop reserves the right to refuse returns that are not authorized and / or are not shipped in accordance with the return terms and instructions that accompany each order. In case of unapproved or unacceptable returns, the products will be returned to the shipping address of the original order.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE
Products can be exchanged with any other product. If you wish to exchange goods purchased from Pickashop please contact us via e-mail at [email protected] or by phone at 2109525255. Excluded are products belonging to special categories (e.g. Bazaar category).
REFUND
Refunds are made immediately after the returned items are received and checked (1-3 working days). Refunds are only made to the original credit card, PayPal account or bank account used to pay for the order. The processing time varies depending on the bank and the type of credit card. In case the purchase has been made by cash on delivery, the amount of the refund will be deposited in a bank account indicated by the customer.
Refunds in case of payment by COD (valid only for Greece).
In case you paid by cash on delivery, in the Withdrawal Statement you must also fill in all the necessary information about the bank account (account number, IBAN of the same account and name of the beneficiary), to which you will be credited the money of the returned purchase and your refund will be made to the account number you will tell us.

You can easily buy a Pickashop e-gift card. Select the amount on the e-gift card, fill in the recipient details and enter your personal message. Please note that cash on delivery is not possible. Once the transaction is successfully completed the e-gift card will be sent via e-mail to the recipient. If you have received a Pickashop e-gift card, simply select the products you want and the gift amount will be deducted using the e-gift card code upon completion of your order.
The Pickashop e-gift card can be redeemed only at www.pickashop.gr. This card is valid for 12 months. After this period, the card will expire without notice. The online store www.pickashop.gr is not responsible for e-gift cards that have not been sent due to incorrect entry of the recipient’s information, as well as for the theft or loss of the gift card code.
