RETURN POLICY
WITHDRAWAL – RETURNS
The purpose of Chapter Five SA, to which pickashop belongs, is to make you completely satisfied with your purchases. In any case, you have the right to withdraw, which is described in detail below, and to return the products if you follow the following procedure.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract of sale within an exclusive period of twenty (20) calendar days, from the day you or a third party designated by you received the products and you can choose between product exchange or refund.
Within the above deadline you must inform the company (either by sending an e-mail to the email address [email protected] and including the order code, or by phone at 2109525255., or by sending a letter to: 128 Syngrou Avenue, Athens Attica), for your decision to withdraw from the contract, by sending a clear statement of withdrawal. Your Withdrawal Statement must be completed with all the necessary information such as first and last name, email, contact phone number, order number, as well as anything else you want to describe as a comment.
The customer is responsible for the return of the parcel from foreign countries, including any shipping charges. There is no charge for returns within Greece. Pickashop is not responsible for any loss. Understand that we only accept products purchased from our PickaShop online store.
Refunds are made immediately after the returned items are received and checked (1-3 working days). Refunds are only made to the original credit card, PayPal account or bank account used to pay for the order. The processing time varies depending on the bank and the type of credit card. In case the purchase has been made by cash on delivery, the amount of the refund will be deposited in a bank account indicated by the customer.
Refunds in case of payment by COD (valid only for Greece).
In case you paid by cash on delivery, in the Withdrawal Statement you must also fill in all the necessary information about the bank account (account number, IBAN of the same account and name of the beneficiary), to which you will be credited the money of the returned purchase and your refund will be made to the account number you will tell us.
LIMITATIONS
You have the right to return the products you bought, without having to tell us the reason why you want the products returned, within 20 days from the date you receive the products. Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, along with the retail receipt or invoice. You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the products, which will result from your own improper handling. Upon receipt of the returned products, Pickashop will check their condition. The quality of the repackaging of the product is your responsibility.
In any case, we have the right to delay the refund, until we receive the products back and check their condition, which should be excellent, as it was when they were sent.
Pickashop reserves the right to refuse returns that are not authorized and / or are not shipped in accordance with the return terms and instructions that accompany each order. In case of unapproved or unacceptable returns, the products will be returned to the shipping address of the original order.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE
Products can be exchanged with any other product. If you wish to change goods purchased from Pickashop please contact us via e-mail at [email protected] or by phone at 2109525255. Excluded are products belonging to special categories (e.g. Bazaar category).
