PAYMENT METHODS
For the convenience and service of all those who wish to buy from our online store, www.pickashop.gr has the following alternative payment methods:
PAYMENT BY CREDIT, DEBIT AND PREPAID CARD
Pickashop accepts card payments, PayPal and cash on delivery (Greece only). If you choose to pay by debit / credit card, all Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Electron credit cards are accepted. Online store transactions are protected by the highest level online security systems. The credit, debit or prepaid card is charged on the day of the start of the shipping process. Pickashop has taken all necessary measures for the safety of its transactions through its cards and all credit, debit and prepaid cardholders are subject to validation checks. The transaction for the approval of the payment is made with the cooperating bank Alpha Bank, which ensures the security of the transaction, with the most modern and certified encryption systems and the payment by credit card is made through redirection to the secure payment environment of Alpha Bank. In our online store no card or transaction data are stored, except the report regarding the transaction that took place.
PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL
The online store Pickashop accepts payments via PayPal.
COD PAYMENT (ONLY FOR GREECE)
Payment upon receipt of the order at your premises (cash on delivery only for Greece) at the time you receive the products. Pay the shipping employee upon delivery of your order at your premises. In this case you will be charged 2 euros (24% VAT is included). In accordance with Article 69 of Law 4446/22-12-2016, orders over € 500 in cash will be delivered to the recipients, exclusively from the reception of ACS Courier stores, where collection will be made only by using a bank card and for the entire amount of the transaction. Cash on delivery is valid as a payment method for amounts not exceeding 1500 euros.
PAYMENT WITH INTEREST-FREE INSTALLMENTS
If you choose to pay by debit / credit card, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Electron cards are accepted. Payment with interest-free installments can be made only with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Electron credit cards, issued by banks based in Greece.
There is a choice of retail receipt or invoice. The invoice is issued to companies and the self-employed, if they fill in the following information when ordering: company name, VAT number, Tax Office and profession for the self-employed. Check the correctness of the information for the issuance of your receipt or invoice before completing your order.
Shipping Costs
The policy for shipping costs is as follows:
Greece
For delivery of products with a total value of 100 euros or more, shipping costs are FREE.
For delivery of a total value of less than 100 euros, the shipping charge is as follows: for Attica 2.20 euros, while for the rest of Greece 3.5 euros + 2 euros extra, in case of payment by cash on delivery.
Cyprus
Shipping costs for express delivery 24,80€ and for standard delivery 11,16€. We don’t ship in terms of payment by cash on delivery to Cyprus.
Payment Security
Chapter FIVE SA does not have access to your banking information, and does not store information about your bank or credit / debit card. Therefore please enter your payment details in every order you place with us.
Chapter FIVE SA will not be liable for any damages or losses (direct or indirect) of a member of which the card is used illegally or used in an unauthorized manner.
Chapter FIVE SA will not be liable for any damage that may be caused to your computer equipment by viruses, worms, spyware, or the like during your connection to our website. Please make sure you have an anti-virus program, firewalls and that other computer protection programs are up to date.
